Sunset Property Services for Property Owners
Lawn Care
- Grass Cut Weekly
- Trim work with weed eater
- Monthly removal of weeds from mulch, stone, etc...
- Driveway/sidewalk blown of grass clippings
- Sweep or Blow off all decks, docks and screened porches weekly
- Leaf removal/snow removal/gutter cleaning will be additional charge
Maid Service
- Dust all furniture and other surfaces
- Toilets, showers/tubs, vanities, mirrors
- Vacuum all flooring
- Mop kitchen, bathroom, laundry room
- Trash removal
- Wash all linens and towels
- Make up beds with clean linens
- Wash dishes and put away
- Empty dishwasher
- Remove lint from dryer trap
- Wipe interior of refrigerator and remove items left behind
Property Manager
- Inventory all personal property at the beginning of the Property Management agreement
- Inventory all personal property weekly
- Collect all fees associated with the rental of the property and distribute per Property Management Agreement
- Pay Service Providers per Property Management agreement on behalf of the Property Owner
- Meet with tenants to provide a tour of the property upon check-in, to insure tenants know proper functionality of the home
- Inspect property for damage/removal of property
- Provide pictures of said damage or stolen property
- Monthly battery replacement of smoke detectors
- Monthly replacement of HVAC filters (filters provided by homeowner)
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during rental period
- Provide welcome baskets for renters
- Replace light bulbs as necessary
- Handle scheduling of all necessary service work
- Be available to provide or schedule any necessary repairs to the property
